JASPER COUNTY — A previous story about a stolen van over a week ago on Tuesday, Feb. 19th, has been located by Illinois State Police, this occurring Tuesday, Feb. 27th, undamaged near St. Louis, Mo.
Suspect(s) is/are still at large. The vehicle’s owners must pay for the massive towing bill.
