SALINE CO.—We are getting initial reports of a very bad traffic accident on Highway 45 at Wasson Road in Saline County.
According to eyewitnesses, vehicles involved are a church van a van from Wabash Christian nursing home (CORRECTED) and “at least two to four cars” another car.
Sources are advising that of the two vehicles involved, the nursing home van hit the other vehicle. This collision took the whole side of the car off. The driver told those at the scene that she had a angel with her…her hair was reported to have been on the side of the van—but she doesn’t have a scratch on her.
The van did have passengers, but at this point we don’t know how many.
Two ambulances responded to the scene and two police vehicles, as well as a fire truck, probably from Eldorado.
Eyewitnesses in Eldorado report their city’s cop cars rushing out of town at a very high rate of speed (close to 100 mph) so they knew there was something pretty bad they were en route to.
It’s been reported by official sources that one ambulance has gone to Ferrell Hospital in ‘rado and one to Harrisburg Medical Center; no word on patients’ conditions other than the driver of the struck vehicle, who has claimed on her own to be okay. Miracles do happen, and this is proof.
