NASHVILLE — A 25-year-old Granite City man is in the Washington County jail, charged with multiple felonies, including home invasion and aggravated criminal sex abuse.

Kevin R. Davis was on parole from the Illinois Department of Corrections at the time of the alleged December 4 incident.
Davis was arrested December 18 in Edwardsville on an outstanding Washington County warrant charging him with Class 2 felony aggravated criminal sexual abuse resulting in bodily harm and aggravated domestic battery including strangling. He is also charged with Class X home invasion causing injury and Class 4 felony criminal trespass to a resident knowing a person is present.
Class 2 felonies are punishable by up to 7 years in prison, Class X are punishable by up to 30 years in prison and Class 4 by up to 3 years in prison.
Davis had been paroled in September from Illinois River Correctional Center, where he had been incarcerated….
