BRIAN JAMES O’NEILL ARRESTED FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT: UPDATE

Someone ought to put down the imbecile for screwing up our morning. Not that I’d advocate anything like that; it’s just postulation, of course.

HERE ARE THE CHARGES:

There are two counts, one dealing with a victim, “KM,” and one dealing with a victim, “NL”. We don’t know who they are; the two counts will be combined for each victim as they occurred on the same day.

The state is alleging that on or about October 15, 2012, at 818 East Main, Olney, O’Neill “made facial expressions and noises as if to kiss KM and statend that he was recording KM and NL and ‘could watch her all night long’” to each of them in such an unreasonable manner as to alarm and disturb KM and NL and provoke a breach of the peace. We don’t know the ages of the victims, but we do know that Ang and the girls have seen O’Neill harass women AND THEIR VERY YOUNG CHILDREN (toddler age, in strollers) in exactly this way outside Family Video in Olney on more than one occasion.

The address is in the vicinity of O’Neill’s residence, which he stands outside of regularly between businesses such as Family Video, The Pita Place, Taco Bell, Racklin Paint and Decorating, etc., and harasses people as they go into and out of the businesses.

This is the identical behavior he was engaged in toward Ang on at least two occasions: once back in May during the jury deliberation at Brandon Jenkins’ trial, and again September 28 when we were going for the final OP hearing and which prompted Ang to call the deputies to walk between us and O’Neill as he was stalking us outside the courthouse. The only difference is that he used foul and vulgar language on each occasion, a fact of which we advised the deputies.

This is the kind of behavior he calls “journalism,” and he claims he has a “comcast” (translation: podcast) in which he plays what he records. When he engages in such behavior two or more times toward the same person, that’s stalking. Just so you know.

Below is the original post:

RICHLAND CO.—Richland County Sheriff’s Department sources have confirmed that Olney’s town menace, Brian James O’Neill II (Jr., deux, 2, etc) was arrested yesterday afternoon on a warrant issued for Disorderly Conduct.

An official at the Richland County Jail confirmed that O’Neill was brought in on the warrant yesterday afternoon (10.23.12), booked at the jail, bond was posted, and he was released.

No officials had details on when the warrant was issued, who filed the complaint, what the disorderly was, or when the disorderly occurred.

We here at Disclosure can all vouch for the fact that every time the man goes out in public, he IS disorderly. He is combative and gets in peoples’ personal space, which is particularly offensive as the smell alone could cause health problems.

Some sources are suggesting that the disorderly may have come from the most recent Richland County board meeting (Oct. 11), where O’Neill, always in attendance, was having a particularly crazy night and was ragging on board members, leaning into them over the tables and at one point lunging at one. Our staffer, Jade Wingard, was at that meeting, and we do have photos, which we’ll bring to you after we learn what the charge is about (it’s not up on judici yet, and we are SERIOUSLY on deadline with Disclosure Heartland, so none of us can go get the documents yet.)

Here’s a thought: O’Neill keeps running for public office in Olney, either as mayor, city council, or in the county as county board rep. IF the state can get him convicted of a felony, he can no longer run for office….and this will also end his frivolous lawsuits against the city and county, which have bit into the budgets of all involved and have caused massive headaches for years.

Way to go Brian, you piece of trash. Karma’s a bitch, isn’t it buddy?
