JACKSON CO., Ill.—There might be a shortage of weed in and around Jackson County as of today, as authorities have arrested a man with a unique name with a whole lot of pot.
Reports indicate that one Deborez Taylor, 29, of Murphysboro, was caught up in a parole check yesterday, and an alleged six pounds of pot was confiscated from his possession at that time.
Taylor, who’s a long-time crim in Jackson and happened to be out on parole in Jackson after being incarcerated a year ago in February on Forgery and Driving Suspended.
Apparently he’s headed back; Taylor’s arresting charges yesterday were Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver over 2,000 grams, a Class 1 felony. So, for whomever that pot was bound…you’re going to have to find another source; Deborez is out.
