SALINE CO., Ill.—Illinois State Police have reported on the wreck that occurred this morning in Saline County.
The two-car wreck occurred on U.S. 45 at Gandertown Road in Saline County at about 8:10 a.m.
According to the preliminary traffic crash investigation, the driver of a 2008 Mazda 3, William Seth Dunn-Seets, 28, of Eldorado, was southbound on U.S. 45 at Gandertown Road when for unknown reasons, he crossed over into the northbound lane of traffic and struck a 2006 Buick Rendezvous being driven by Andrea M. Clark, 28, of Eldorado.
Both were transported by ambulance to Ferrell Hospital where they were treated and released. Dunn-Seets was cited for Improper Lane Usage.
ISP was assisted at the scene by the Saline County Sheriff’s Department, MedForce Ambulance, and Jones Towing.
