EFFINGHAM, Ill.—The Illinois State Police Zone 7 is investigating the death of an unidentified female whose body was discovered on Interstate 70
at the Casey, Illinois exit (Route 49) on October 18, 2013.
The deceased is described as a white female in her 20s or 30s with black hair. The female was approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds and had no tattoos.
