HARDIN CO.—Just passed what appeared to be a four-wheeler with a young driver run off the road in the vicinity of a gravel truck, shortly after 11 a.m.

It doesn’t appear there was a collision; just a run-off. The four wheeler was in a ditch, and the boy was sitting up on the road just off the highway.
The ambulance came upon the scene within minutes after we passed it.
