WILLIAMSON CO., Ill.—The three women indicted by the Illinois Attorney General on charges of Theft and Official Misconduct have been booked at the Williamson County Jail.

Marsha Sue Davis-Dickinson, Cheryl Cundiff and Kelly Trammel each posted $20,000 cash bond on their $200,000 bail, and were released.

The women were walked off courthouse property in early August 2013 after a large sum of money, estimated to be $84,000 between some point in time in 2008 to their dismissal in August 2013, was discovered to be missing from county coffers.

Cundiff is the wife of former Williamson County Sheriff Tom Cundiff. The woman identified as Marsha Dickinson was identified to Disclosure last year by a county commissioner as Sue Davis; we apologize for any confusion created yesterday when we posted “Marsha Dickinson” and didn’t know that effectively, she WAS “Sue Davis.”

Here are their mugshots; more to follow as we examine the state’s documents against the women.

The women were NOT identified in the mugshots.
