HARDIN CO., Ill.—The continued ordeals that one Hardin County woman has put many county residents through might actually be coming to an end.

And the arrest of Tina Williams, 44, of Cave-in-Rock, has brought about renewed hope for those beleaguered residents.

Disclosure was advised yesterday that Williams’ arrest on a new charge, as well as the felony charge of Threatening a Public Official, finally occurred yesterday (Tuesday, August 26, 2014).

To enhance the situation, there are additional charges now finally being filed against the woman, whose insane online rants on various social networking sites have become legendary as well as frightening.

Authorities advised this morning, upon submission of a FOIA request we filed, that Williams has been charged with Harassment Through Electronic Communications, this stemming from the material we featured in the article on stands now. Other charges, including multiple OP violations, are now also being considered…and everyone who’s been allegedly hassled by this woman are now hoping that the prosecutor brought in to handle the case, Tambra Cain from Johnson County (who is filling in for Tara-ble Wallace, as she couldn’t ever bring herself to file charges against the Ranting Woman due to some kind of association between her family and Big Dave Williams), will do what needs to be done.

The new charge and everything surrounding it (including documented lies Ms. Ranting Woman told police) will be featured in the September edition; in the meantime, the felony charge that finally got the attention of authorities because it was against a public official has been outlined in full in the current (August-September 2014) edition of Disclosure, which is your evening Read the Lead today: Woman charged with threatening a public official by phone; cyberstalking considered:

Tina_MemeHARDIN CO.—The vicious verbal attacks a Hardin County woman has gotten used to perpetrating with impunity upon those around her may finally have come to an end…at least, temporarily.

That’s because a charge has been filed against Tina R. Williams, 44, of Cave-in-Rock, and a very serious one at that.

As of press time, it remained unclear whether the warrant had been served on the July 31 Class 3 felony count of Threatening a Public Official, as it was reported that Williams had learned about the pending charge, and had reportedly faked an issue that ‘put her in the hospital’ on or around August 1, something that pretty much guarantees avoiding arrest and incarceration, as counties don’t want to pay for hospital stays for their inmates…and sometimes, charged individuals will perpetrate such a situation instead of posting bond.

The whole mess was exacerbated on the morning of Wednesday, August 6, when Williams’ mother, Sherry Shaffer, 61, died in a fiery car crash on Illinois Route 34 in Saline County.

Nevertheless, authorities are pursuing their investigation into Williams’ alleged assaults, which reportedly haven’t escalated into anything physical…yet. But the potential is there, and when the alleged attacks began against someone authorities were willing to do something about in the form of a criminal charge, that action was taken…
