ELDORADO—AUTHORITIES HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE INVOLVED IN AN ALLEGED KIDNAPPING LAST NIGHT, SONNY PILGRIM, IS IN CUSTODY AT THIS HOUR.

Missouri Highway Patrol is credited for picking up Pilgrim in their state. This was the “direction of travel” we reported last night about the case, when Jackson County authorities notified that a cell phone “ping” was picked up shortly after the alleged abduction in Eldorado, this “ping” coming from either Pilgrim’s phone, or that of his on again/off again girlfriend, Courtney Goodwin, detected in the city of Marion.

According to authorities, Pilgrim wanted Goodwin to go with him from the home, and she was unwilling…resulting in the knifepoint aspect.
