Say “Raymond Moss” anywhere in or around Harrisburg and you’ll get a mixed bag of responses.

However, this latest reference to the multiple-criminal-conviction’ed Harrisburg native is new in the lexicon of all things Moss.

Raymond Moss, who is now a registered sex offender after being convicted in 2012 of rape and abuse of a woman in a September 2010 Harrisburg case, has issued multiple Freedom of Information Act requests to the City of Harrisburg.

And while the terms “Raymond Moss” and “Freedom of Information Act requests” might not be in the least bit synonymous, the now-50-year-old Moss, whose erratic driving and cat-and-mouse game with authorities lead to the 2002 deaths of the popular Hurd Brothers, might have even bigger plans up his sizeable sleeve than just retrieving a little bit of information from city files.

According to a source at city hall, Moss’ FOIA request is seeking three specific things….
