LAWRENCEVILLE, Ill.—A new festival is underway in downtown Lawrenceville, and organizers are inviting the public out for a fun time and delicious local wine.
There are quite a few wineries in Lawrence and Crawford counties, and they’ve been highly successful in recent years. Those are featured here in Lawrenceville today, along with local artists/artisans. The street north of the square (12th Street) is blocked off and people are enjoying the absolutely beautiful mid-June weather, so come on out for the Art & Wine Fest!
