Emery K. Washington, 23, of the 1300 block of South Waterford Drive in Florissant, and Antonio C. Watkins, 26, of the 3110 block of Sunswept Park Drive in Florissant, were charged April 3 with one count each of possession of a controlled substances with intent to deliver, distribute or sell.

Police say the two men acted in a scheme to receive more than marijuana shipped via FedEx. Police say they intercepted the package Oct. 3 at the residence on South Waterford. Police said only that the amount was more than five grams.
