HARRISBURG, Ill. — This morning we received reports that Harrisburg resident had been involved in a stabbing situation last night.
Brianna Sisk, 20, of Harrisburg was stabbed last night after what appears to have been an altercation with another young woman. Sisk was transported to Harrisburg Medical Center, and later transferred to Deaconess Hospital.
Sisk is reported to be in stable condition by friends.
Sisk has apparently named the person who stabbed her to be Amy Tolley, also of Harrisburg. Tolley has NOT been taken into custody as far as we’ve been able to ascertain, however, and it’s unclear whether she really had anything to do with the situation at all; that’s merely when Sisk is alleging. We are awaiting comment from authorities regarding the situation last night.
We have NO indication that this situation has anything to do with the escape of a man taken into custody last night by ISP, Arnold S. Cornett, 26, of Harrisburg.
