EDWARDS CO., Ill.—Today was a busy court day in Edwards, with a sentencing on a revocation petition entered in the case of Dana Perry.
Perry, 43, was charged in 2009 with a Burglary and put on 30 months probation last January. However, a petition to revoke was filed this January, and today a sentence was entered in exchange for the guilty plea.
Perry was sentenced to 42 months in DOC, as well as ordered to pay costs, fines and fees in the amount of $1,787, of which $1,012 has been paid.
Edwards County State’s Attorney Mike Valentine handled the case today.
