Listen up, Disclosure fans!
If there isn’t a local county board candidate you can get behind in YOUR county, why not get behind SOMEONE ELSE’S county board candidate….like THIS one:
Our own columnist, Michael Kleen, is a Republican candidate running for county board representative in District 8 of Winnebago County (in upstate; he lives in Rockford). It’s a pretty tough county up there, and Michael is looking for all the support he can get. The ad you’re looking at appeared today (February 15) in The Rock River Times….and those full-color ads aren’t cheap. So if you’re able, please consider donating to his campaign. He has five more weeks to go, and things are probably going to get heated—as they usually do in upstate (well…and all over Illinois)…so even a $10 or $20 donation will go a long way; no amount is “too small.”
Help Michael get through these last five weeks, place more ads like this, and prevail in the March 20 Primary in Winnebago County. We need good candidates statewide, and county board is an excellent springboard for the next natural step up…until ultimately, we can replace all these socialist elected people in the state of Illinois and get some common sense back into our government.
