LITTLE ROCK, AR– A parent of a student in the Little Rock School District says his son’s teacher accidentally played a sex video of herself in class.
Nicholas Tolerson says Wednesday his son came home from Forest Heights Middle School to tell him he saw the clip.
“(My son) says she was performing sex acts,” said Tolerson
The district says the teacher admits she showed an inappropriate video in class because it got mixed up in her lesson plans.
But school leaders strongly say it was a mistake and certainly not planned.
Tolerson says the teacher called him after school to tell him what happened.
“She was apologetic,” said Tolerson.
He says he has sympathy for the teacher because she admitted it was a mistake, but he also wants accountability.
“My heart goes out to not only my son, but other kids in the classroom,” said Tolerson.
According to Tolerson, the teacher told him the video has her and her fiance in the frame.
School leaders say they are not taking this issue lightly and they are working to find the appropriate disciplinary action.
