SALINE CO., Ill.—Saline County Central Dispatch received a 911 call at 1:14 p.m. today (Thursday, February 13, 2014) of a one-car accident on Illinois Hwy 145 South near the Saline-Pope county line.
Saline County deputies and Med-Force EMS were dispatched to the scene. The Carrier Mills Fire Department extricated a female from the vehicle. The female was flown to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind., with multiple injuries.
The accident is still under investigation by the Saline County Sheriff’s Office, and the name of the female has not been released at this time.
