The bane of Hardin County has proven to be their prosecutor, who’s from a local family and was a shoe-in, but who has proven repeatedly to not be up to the challenge of representing the people of one of Illinois’ smallest counties, by both area and population.

And with that plea being entered, it’s also caused the anti-Tara club to swing into overdrive regarding speculation as to WHY such a thing has come to pass. HARDIN CO.— Rumors continue to buzz around Hardin County State’s Attorney Tara Wallace like flies on roadkill in August.
Her critics continue to mount (no pun intended) and as much as her supporters whine like children on a playground, Wallace herself does little to dispel the accusations, all the while hiding public documents such as her phone records, which lead many to believe the rumors are true.
