HARDIN CO., Ill.—Several teens and their parents appeared at the Hardin County Courthouse today with the purpose of taking out Stalking/No-Contact Orders against members of the Williams family in Rosiclare.

school-fight-generic-graphic-jpgThe vile and violent family against which the cases were petitioned consisted of the girl on the recording beating Madison Hirsch, Alyse Williams; her mother Tina R. Williams; and older sister Nicole Miles. All of this came about as a result of the beat-down at the Hardin County school caught on a cell phone camera yesterday morning and placed on Tina Williams’ Facebook page; it was played here yesterday.

The girls and their parents all appeared sobered and fearful, with stony-faced parents by their sides in the courtroom today. One by one, each girl approached the judge, asking for orders to prevent Alyse Williams, Tina Williams, and Nicole Miles from contacting or approaching them. The judge granted each request, and set a court date for each to return to have the order reviewed.

Each of the girls and their parents will return on February 14th in front of the judge.

It’s not clear how much good this will do, as any subsequent violation of the orders would have to be litigated in criminal court, and since the county’s prosecutor, Tara Wallace, is buddies with Tina Williams, nothing has been done to this point to help others who have taken out such no-contact orders, and nothing has been done at this point with Alyse Williams, even though her actions were captured on video…and her known reputation for pugilism has preceded her. It’s our understanding that she may be having a juvenile hearing this afternoon, after having been taken to Benton (along with one other girl; not certain whether that’s the videographer (name unknown) or the other girl in the fight (Hirsch). We intend to find out.

We are looking into the details of these cases, and have obtained all of the documents on the No Contact Orders. We will bring further details as we have them, so check back regularly.
