WHITE CO., Ill.—A Carmi man has been charged with child sex counts after an ISP investigation.
Louis E. Banks Jr., 49, is being held on a quarter-million-dollar bond in the case that involves two Class X felony counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child.
Banks was arrested yesterday after ISP completed their investigation into the matter, and a court date has been set for January 13 in front of Judge Scott Webb.
