CRAWFORD CO–Word has been going around Crawford County today (December 13, 2013) that Heritage Health Nursing Home, located at 600 Robinwood Drive, Robinson, has been moving their patients to Crawford County Convalescent Center, located at 902 W. Mefford St., Robinson, and to Burnsides Nursing Home, located at 410 N 2nd St., Marshall.

Disclosure called Heritage Health to find out why the patients were moving out. Disclosure was informed that this was backwards: Crawford County Convalescent Center was actually closing down and they were moving their patients to various locations, including Heritage Health.
When Disclosure called the Convalescent Center to ask them why they were closing down, a staff member or administrator (who was slightly hard to understand) said that he could not speak about it right now and said “Monday would be a better time for (him) to talk.” Then after he was told we had already talked to Heritage Health about the moving of patients he said he was “Very busy right now” and hung up the phone.
