Lori R. Upton, 48, Crossville, is facing quite a few charges in Williamson County. She was arrested on April 9 for disorderly conduct, resisting/obstructing a peace officer and criminal trespass to property. Upton also had a warrant for theft. Upton was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Gene A. Tindall, 43, was arrested on April 9 on a warrant for retail theft. Tindall was transported to the Williamson county Jail.
Chelsea R. Phillips, 29, Carbondale, was arrested on April 9 for criminal trespass to property. Phillips was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Donald L. Smelcer, 49, Herrin, was arrested on April 11 for driving while suspended/revoked, failure to wear seatbelt and disobeying stop sign. Smelcer was released on a notice to appear.

A juvenile, age 17, Herrin, was arrested on April 13 for battery. The juvenile was released on a notice to appear.
Hailey S. Smelcer, 25, Herrin, was arrested on April 13 for battery. Smelcer was released on a notice to appear.
Benjamin P. Pass, 41, Herrin, was arrested on April 14 for retail theft. Pass was released on an individual bond.
Richard Flores Jr., 32, Herrin, was arrested on April 15 for domestic battery and resisting/obstructing a peace officer. Flores was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
