In an unrelated weekend matter CPD dealt with, a report from Dollar General in Carmi came in on Saturday morning, April 13, of a shoplifter, and at about a quarter til 11 a.m., one Daniel T. Ledbetter, 38 of Mt. Vernon, Ind., was arrested for Retail Theft.
Ledbetter was also able to post bond of $150 on the misdemeanor charge, and is awaiting future court dates.
