MOTHER OF ‘KILL LIST’ GIRL ASSAULTS PEOPLE OUTSIDE COURTROOM

HARDIN CO.—As if Hardin County people didn’t already have enough to worry about, what with ongoing overdoses at the Hog Rock campgrounds, a state’s attorney who has no idea what she’s doing, and other assorted nonsense, now they’re once again having to put up with Tina Williams.

Tina Miles Williams and her kid who got in trouble last year for the "kill list."

Tina Miles Williams and her kid who got in trouble last year for the “kill list.”

Williams is the highly disagreeable female from Rosiclare whose barely-adolescent daughter was one of the two girls who, in early 2012, developed a “kill list” for the high school that tagged several Hardin County High School students as those they’d like to “push off the cliffs at San Damiano.” Nothing ever came of the incident except to send the two rotten little girls to an alternative branch school for the remainder of the school year; Williams was free to terrorize people as she saw fit because of the county’s do-nothing prosecutor Roger Ralph, and subsequent fill-ins when Ralph quit a few months later, until another do-nothing prosecutor, Tara Wallace, got the job.

And things haven’t improved at all, as Williams continues to be under the impression she can behave any way she wants, and gets away with it.

Sources tell us that yesterday morning, Williams’ arch-nemesis, Jaelynn Franks, a very young teen mother, was with her boyfriend at the Hardin County courthouse in Rosiclare for some setting for him. Williams was in the probation office talking to the probation officer that Hardin shares with Gallatin, Mona Bayer, telling her that she would be leaving Hardin County after her daughter, Jamie Nicole Miles, gets off parole, “but not until the Moores and Kumoreks get theirs.”

The Moore family are direct relatives of Jaelynn Franks (whom Williams and her daughters attempted to take out OPs against, moving the whole thing to Gallatin County at one point in 2011); the Kumoreks have a daughter who was on the “kill list.”

Williams was then reported as going out to the hallway where Franks was waiting, and spoke to the man standing next to Franks; then turned to Franks and spat, “You’re time’s coming!” One police officer and one bailiff were present and heard it but nothing was done as Williams stormed off. The sheriff’s department was notified, however, as the cars of the two (the young Franks and the older Williams) were both in the parking lot the courthouse shares with the sheriff’s department, next to each other.

Strangely, when the young mother took her little son as well as her sisters to get a pre-school physical, there was Williams again, this time at the clinic, and there, she shouted “Your time is coming!!” at the young Franks.

Sheriff JT Fricker was notified of these incidents, as well as of multiple Facebook nastiness Williams posted as regards the situation. However, when the family took the pages of messages to Wallace (she of the addiction to Candy Crush Saga), Wallace told them that she can’t do anything based on Facebook “because there is so much hacking going on.” Might explain why Wallace alters her stance on Facebook against people, on and off, since the scrutiny has lately been on her and whether she’s even qualified to hold the office she does.

Interestingly, a little over a year ago, Williams was charged with a single count of Hate Crime for her alleged involvement in slinging a slur against a friend of Franks’, Ashton Parks, as described here in this article.

The unattractive Williams is also prone to sending scrawled, multi-page diatribes to Disclosure on the premise of “letters to the editor” but because they are generally so foul, libelous, and frankly, difficult to read, we rarely print them. They usually have something to do with “students in Hardin County” and unsubstantiated allegations against them, or, on occasion, nurses at local facilities, primarily nursing homes. Most of the time, the allegations are not only unable to be substantiated, but they’re downright vicious. So even though we’ve not seen the Facebook postings referred to Ms. Wallace, we can use the single one shown below as a prime example of their content:

Whether anything will be done with Ms. Williams this time around remains to be seen. But there are many in the area that are afraid nothing meaningful will be done until someone is seriously injured, or even worse, due to whatever influence Williams and her ilk exert on the local authorities.
