FLORA, Ill. - It's standard fare this week for the Flora Police Department activity report, but some of the warrant arrests netted folks from out-of-county, including one guy from Grayville.

On Monday March 4, 2019 at 3:57 pm, Flora Police issued Michael A. Talerico, 47 of Mt. Vernon, citations for driving with no valid driver’s license and expired registration following a traffic stop at Industrial Parkway and Vincennes Ave.
On Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 11:57 a.m., Flora Police investigated an accident at W. North Ave and Greenlaw Blvd. Involved was a 2016 Ford Fusion driven by Faith E. Welty, 20 of Clay City and a 2013 Lexus driven by Linda J. Spicer 68 of Flora. There were no injuries and no citations were issued.
On Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 2:48 p.m., Flora Police investigated an accident in the 700 block of West St. Involved was a 2008 Kia Sorento driven by Tristen E Wilson, 20 of Flora and a 2017 Chrysler Van driven by Betty M. Meyer, 28 of Iuka. There were no injuries and Wilson was issued a citation for operating uninsured vehicle.
On Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 10:27 p.m., Flora Police arrested Tara L. Horath, 26 of Flora, following a traffic stop in the 1400 Blk of N State Rd for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Hypodermic Syringes. She was transported to the Flora Police Dept. for booking procedures and was released with a Clay County court date.
On Friday, March 8, 2019 at 5:50 a.m., Flora Police investigated an accident at Old Highway 50 and Shamrock Dr. Involved was a 2014 Ford Focus driven by Susan R. Dickinson, 44 of Geff. There were no injuries, vehicle was towed from scene and no citations were issued.
On Friday, March 8, 2019 at 7:22 p.m., Flora Police issued Bodee L. Woomer, 19 of Flora a citation for disobey stop sign following a traffic stop at Seminary and W 5th St.
On Friday, March 8, 2019 at 11:43 pm, Flora Police issued Justin A. Hull, 38 of Louisville, citations for Driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop in the 500 block of E. North Ave.
On Sunday, March 10, 2019 at 9:10 p.m., Flora Police arrested Robert A. Conover, 53 of Grayville on an outstanding White County Warrant for Shoplifting. He was transported to the Flora Police Dept. for booking procedures and was transferred into the custody of the Clay County Sheriff’s Dept.
