CLAY CO., Ill. - Clay County Sheriff’s Deputies caught up to several individuals with active warrants out of other counties – including neighboring Richland and one person from Shawneetown in far-flung Gallatin County – in this Clay County Sheriff’s Department activity report.
Feb. 2, a Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Amy J. Gray, 46, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Theft. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. She posted bond and was released.
Feb. 5, Ace L. Woolard, 23, Olney, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Battery. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
Feb. 6, a Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Christopher S. Britton, 35, Clay City, for Driving While Driver's License Suspended. Bond set at $1,500.00 (10 percent). He posted bond and was released.
Feb. 6, Erin M. Workman, 35, Olney, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Theft and Possession of the Credit Card of Another. Bond set at $10,000.00 (10 percent). She posted bond and was released.
Feb. 7, a Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Travis L. Hargis, 29, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Domestic Battery. Bond set at $5,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
Feb. 7, Gina S. Brown, 47, Flora, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Bond set at $7,500.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. She is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
Feb. 9, a Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Stevie D. Habbe, 33, Louisville for Driving While Driver’s License Revoked. She was given a Notice to Appear and released.
Feb. 9, Dakota S. Cook, 21, Shawneetown, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
Feb. 10, a Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Harry Z. Strange, 31. Flora, for Driving While Driver's License Revoked. Bond set at $1,500.00 (10 percent). He posted bond and was released.
