CLAY CO., Ill. - If it weren't for a Clay City man caught in White County the other day, the most recent Clay County Sheriff's activity report would be kinda slim.
As it is, John Flanagan, who was listed in this report from Monday out of Carmi/White County, is one of a handful of folks mentioned in Clay County Sheriff Andy Myers' report for January 10 through 14, as featured here.
Jan. 10, Tharin L. Harris, 21, Louisville, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Petition to Revoke Probation on the original charge of Obstructing a Peace Officer. Bond set at $10,000.00 (10 percent). He posted bond and was released.
Jan. 11, John K. Flanagan, 36, Clay City, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County contempt warrant. Bond set at $150.00 cash. He posted bond and was released.
Jan. 11, Clay County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Gary S. White, 42, Iuka, for Disorderly Conduct. Bond set at $1,500.00 (10 percent). He posted bond and was released.
Jan. 14, Clay County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Matthew J. Kelledes, 32, Xenia, for Violation of Order of Protection. He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County awaiting the setting of bond.
