For her sentence, she received five years on each charge, to run concurrent with each other. She's to serve a year of parole upon release. The cases were investigated by the Carmi Police Department; Judge T. Scott Webb presided.

Then James Tyner, 31 of Enfield, received a five-year sentence on his Criminal Damage to Property case, a Class 4 felony. He, too, will be serving a year of parole upon release.
Tyner was ordered to pay court costs and restitution, which included $19,722.56 to one individual and $428 to another. Tyner's case was investigated by the White County Sheriff's Department; Webb also presided over this one.
