WILLIAMSON CO., Ill. - A Marion guy who allegedly made reckless remarks on the now-defunct septic tank of a website, topix.com, was in court this morning, Monday, January 7.
Treston Miller, 21, was again all grins this morning at a hearing in Williamson County Circuit Court in Marion, possibly oblivious to the level of trouble he remains in after being arrested last year for allegedly making threats to shoot up a school on topix.
His biggest mistake was harassing some other individuals, whose attention was brought to the alleged threats and at which point all of it was forwarded to the local police.
Miller, whose antics a year ago show that he's nothing if not a little unstable, was arrested and has been held at the Williamson County Jail ever since. He is formally charged with three counts of Making a Terroristic Threat, back in July and August of 2018.
Miller was his usual smiling self at his pretrial hearing this morning. His attorney, public defender Therese Thien, asked for a pretrial to be held at a later date.
