FINALLY FELONY FRIDAY: Wild week in Williamson!

WILLIAMSON CO., Ill. – Felony Friday is finally here, and this one’s full of names: A Johnston City guy whose parents were obviously very creative in constructing the perfect name to ensure their boy was going to embark on a life of crime, and a relatively-famous name from Carrier Mills in neighboring Saline County…so let’s get started.

Felonies Filed

Gregory A. Monroe, 52 of Carterville, is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams.

Donald L. DeHut, 37 of Marion, is charged with False Alarm Complaint to 911 and a misdemeanor charge of Resisting Arrest.

Danny E. Baxter, 50 of Carterville, is charged with Sex Offender Registration/False Information.

Brittany S. Hale, 31 of Carterville, is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine between 5 and 15 grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Rita C.D. Serna, 30 of Marion is charged with Theft/Stolen/Intent between $500 and $10,000.

Michael C. Fesanco, 30 of Johnston City, is charged with two counts Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault/Victim Under 13.

Kuantavious A. McKinney, 28 of Johnston City is charged with Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer and Resisting.

David M. Buckner, 44 of Johnston City, is charged with Aggravated Battery/Great Bodily Harm.

Ryan J. Scott, 24 of Carbondale, is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine between 15 and 100 grams and Resisting.

Mercedez E. Maldonado, 22 of Zeigler, is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine between 15 and 100 grams.

John H. Erby, 33 of Zeigler, is charged Possession of Methamphetamine between 5and 15 grams and Possession of a Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D).

Troy L. Fowler, 51 of Marion, is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D) and Obstructing Identification.

Reva C. Warnsman, 34 of Marion, is charged with Retail Theft /Shopping Cart over $300 and Theft under $300 with prior convictions.

Felony Dispositions

Kammeron R. McElmurry, 22 of Mound City, plead guilty to an amended charge of Manufacturing /Delivery of Cannabis between 10 and 30 grams. He received 24 months probation, fines, drug treatment, 30 hours public service and 4 days in jail with credit for time served. Original charge was Manufacturing/Delivery Cannabis between 500 and 2,000 grams.

Patrick E. Morgan, 46 of West Frankfort, plead guilty to Used Forged Debit/Credit Card Under $300. He received 12 months conditional discharge and fines.

Eric L. Rollins, 48 of Carrier Mills, plead guilty to a 2016 of Possession of Cocaine charges amended/ reduced. He also plead guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D); judgment withheld. He received 24 months probation, 30 hours community service, drug treatment and fines. Terminate Satisfied.

Patrick Burnett, 23 of Marion, plead not guilty to a 2016 charge of Aggravated Battery of a Peace Officer; dismissed on state’s motion
He plead guilty to a misdemeanor of Resisting/Peace Officer and received 12months probation, fines, 22 days jail with credit for time served. Terminate/Satisfied.

Joseph E. Sloan, 40 of Hurst, plead not guilty to a 2017 charge of Intimidation/Physical Harm Case dismissed/State Motion. He plead guilty to a Class B misdemeanor Electronic Harassment/Obscene Proposal. He received 12 months probation, fines and 4 days in jail with credit for time served. Terminate/Satisfied.
