Felony Dispositions
Donald D. Gaddis, 46 of Marion, plead not guilty to Criminal Trespass to Residence with Person Present; this was dismissed, and the prosecution added Criminal Trespass/Remain on land; vacated by trial court, preliminary hearing later this month
Haley M. Anderson, 26 of Marion, plead guilty to one count Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D); judgment withheld, she received 24 months probation, 30 hours community service and drug treatment
Paul J. Samples, 37 of Marion, plead not guilty to one count of Theft/Stolen over $10,000; it was dismissed Nolle Prosequi (no prosecution sough by the State's Attorney).
Harley D. Jarvis, 22 of Hurst, plead guilty to one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams. He received 2 years in DOC with credit for 115 days served. He plead not guilty to to a second separate charge of Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams; case dismissed.
