SALINE CO., Ill. - Authorities with the Saline County Sheriff's Department got very little by way of "a break" with the ongoing alleged criminal element, as you can see by this report provided by Sheriff Ken Clore.
Clore reports that the Saline County Sheriff’s Office arrested the following:
Oct. 26
Jeremy Northam
- Jeremy D. Northam, 42, of Metropolis, for Unlawful Possession of a Converted Vehicle.
He was released by the court.
Kevin Newcomb
- Kevin D. Newcomb, 31, of Harrisburg, for Failure to Appear.
He posted $275 bond.
Tony Watts
- Tony F. Watts, 30, of Carbondale, for Failure to Appear for Theft.
He remains in the Saline County Detention Center.
Brian Ball
- Brian D. Ball, 34, of Golconda, for Driving While Suspended/Revoked.
He posted $150 bond.
Oct. 27
Jayson Smith
- Jayson E. Smith, 20, of Galatia, for Driving While Suspended/Revoked.
He was given a notice to appear.
Oct. 28
Peyton Grear
- Peyton G. Grear, 25, of Galatia, for Domestic Battery.
She posted $300 bond.
Ricky Grear
- Ricky M. Grear, 22, of Galatia, for Domestic Battery.
He posted $300 bond.

Angela Harrelson
- Angela R. Harrelson, 44, of Eldorado, for Failure to Appear for Driving While License Suspended and Possession of Methamphetamine.
She remains in the Saline County Detention Center.

- Whitney L. Bebout, 29, of Harrisburg, for Violation of Probation.
