RICHLAND CO., Ill. - As the fiscal year ends for many counties at odd times (many on October 31; others on November 30), county boards are holding meetings to inform the public of the adoption of the upcoming fiscal year budget.
Richland County will be holding theirs tonight (Tuesday, October 30) in advance of their fiscal year starting.
Below is the agenda for the full board meeting, to be held at the county board room located on the west side of the jail building at 5:30 tonight. The agenda is posted as a public service with no charge to the county, as they shouldn't have to spend the taxpayers' dollars just to advertise or post an agenda, despite state law.
