Domestic Battery call in Flat Rock sends multiple departments for mutual aid

CRAWFORD CO., Ill. - The Palestine Police Department responded to a domestic battery in assistance to the Crawford County Sheriff's Office approximately 10 miles south of Palestine, east of State Route 33.

At approximately 8:15 p.m. October 5th, 2018 Chief Jeff Besing arrested and charged William (Bill) A. Miller, 48 of Flat Rock, with Domestic Battery, a Class A misdemeanor.

Miller was transported to the Crawford County Jail, charged, processed and is being held pending bond being set by a judge.

Assisting with this incident was Hutsonville Police Chief Paul Maxwell, Crawford County Deputies Lucas Wallace and Troy Wolf.
