Felonies filed
Miguel A. Torres, 22 of Herrin, is charged with one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams.
Todd R. Wagner, 45 of Johnston City, is charged with one count Aggravated Battery/Victim 60+.
Ashley M. Fischer, 36 of Benton, is charged with two counts Aggravated DUI/4.
Joseph R. Schwertfeger, 24 of Marion, is charged with one count Aggravated Unlawful Use Weapon/Vehicle.
Rochelle M. Wohlgemuth, 31 of Bonnie, is charged with one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams. Coconspirator Richard A. Coonts, 56 of Marion, is also charged with one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams.
Malik L. Felton, 19 of Herrin, is charged one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams.
Nancy J. Manchen, 44 of Herrin is charged with one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams. Codefendant Jarrid G. Harris, 24 of Herrin, is also charged with one count of Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams. He is in Williamson County Jail awaiting DOC transfer.
Todd A. Elliott, 43 of Herrin is charged with one count Residential Burglary.
Jordan A. Green, 39 of Marion, is charged with one count Aggravated Battery of a Peace Officer.
Adam D. Duncan, 26 of Herrin, is charged with one count Theft/Transfer Merchandise/Previously Convicted.
Sharonda L. Brown, 28 of Herrin, is charged with one count of Battery With Great Bodily Harm.
Juan E. McManis, 30 of Marion, is charged with Aggravated Domestic Battery/Strangle and a misdemeanor charge of Interfering With Report Of Domestic Violence.
Jason N. Smith, 32 of Cobden, is charged with Retail Theft over $300 Causing Damage.
Bobby L. Vaughn, 53 of DuQuoin, is charged with one count of Burglary/Without Causing Damage.
Ricky J. Rost, 60 of Herrin, is charged with one count of Producing 5 to 20 Cannabis plants.
Deborah A. Wade, 54 of Marion, two counts of Aggravated Battery in a Public Place and one count Mob Action/Force 2+ Persons. Codefendant Shatroy L. Williams, 32 of Marion, one count Aggravated Battery/Public Place, one count Aggravated Battery/Great Bodily Harm, one count Mob Action/Force 2+ persons.

Joshua D. Adams, 28 of West Frankfort, Aggravated Domestic Battery/Strangle, Nolle Prosequi.
Elijah M. Barber, 21 of Marion, Aggravated Domestic Battery/Strangle Nolle Prosequi.
Dustin J. Knight, 28 of Marion, pled Guilty to one count of Domestic Battery/Bodily Harm. He received 24 months probation, 40 days in jail with credit for time served and fines. One count of Aggravated Domestic Battery/Strangle was dismissed.
Casey A. Parola, 40 of Herrin, pled Guilty to one count Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A) and (B). Judgment withheld and received 24 months probation, 30 hours public service and fines.
