Ericka J. Ridings, 29 of Carbondale, has been charged one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams and Illegal Possession of Ammunition/FOID. Codefendant Anthony V. Bailey, 29 of Carbondale, is charged Aggravated Unlawful Use of Weapon in Vehicle.
Felicia Hill, 31 of Herrin, is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine between 5 and 15 grams and Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)and (D). Codefendant Kiffany A. Williams, 32 of Marion, is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine between 5 and 15 grams and Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D). Codefendant. Timothy S. Smith, 41 of Johnston City, is charged with Meth Delivery between 5 and 15 grams and Possession of Methamphetamine between 5 and 15 grams and Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D).
Michael J. Hubbard, 56 of Marion, is charged with one count Aggravated Assault of Peace Officer and a misdemeanor charge of Resisting.
Toninette L. Lane, 33 of Marion, is charged with one count Aggravated Battery/Great Bodily Harm.
Joseph B. Barnaby, 28 of Marion, is charged with one count Retail Theft/Disposal of Merchandise more than $300 and one count Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D).
Ronnie L. Bridges Jr., 23 of Marion, is charged with one count of Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)and (D). Bridges has three felonies and a misdemeanor from last year not resolved... pretrials and first appearance in November.
Michael D. Sloan, 27 of Johnston City, is charged with one count Residential Burglary.
Stephon L. Mincey, 27 of Hurst, is charged with one count Residential Burglary.
Keith A. Darter, 37 of Herrin, is charged with one count Residential Burglary. Codefendant Jamelle E. Travis, 35 of Herrin, is also charged with one count Residential Burglary.
Bernard Sal Giacobe, 61 of Apopa, Florida, is charge with Aggravated Unlawful Use Weapon/Vehicle.
Jessica Maezewsk, 37 of Herrin, is charged with one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams.
Carl W. Boyce, 35 of Marion, is charged with one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams and Manufacturing/Delivery Cannabis between 10 and 30 grams.
Alfred E. Bone Jr., 39 of Herrin, is charged with one count Manufacturing/Delivery of Cannabis between 30 and 500 grams, one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams, one count Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D) and one count Other Amount Schedule IV. Coconspirator Nicole B. Smith, 30 of Herrin, is charged with one count Other Amount Schedule IV, one count Possession Of Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D) and one count Manufacturing/Delivery of Cannabis between 30 and 500 grams.
Austin M. Pearson, 21 of Herrin, is charged with one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams. Coconspirator Austen R. Norris, 22 of Herrin, is charged with one count Possession Of Controlled Substance Except (A) and (D).
Lori M. Petrusch (age not available) of Herrin is charged with four counts of Forgery/Issue Deliver Document and one count of Theft/Control Intent between $500 and $10,000.
Felony Dispositions
Stephen Paul Campbell, 34 of Herrin, pled not guilty to Aggravated Battery/Great Bodily Harm from 2013. Case dismissed/State Motion.
Brionna R. Ross, 28 of Carbondale, plead not guilty to Retail Theft/Disposal of Merchandise over $300. Charges were amended to a misdemeanor charge of Theft/Unauthorized Control Under $500. In May of 2016 she pled guilty and received 24 months probation and fines. Case terminated unsatisfied. Codefendant Jessica D. Suttles, 32 of Carbondale, previously plead guilty to Retail Theft/Disposal of Merchandise Under $300 and received 12 months conditional discharge/in force.
Benjamin A. Burns, 45 of Pittsburg, pled not guilty to Manufacturing/Delivery Of Cannabis between 30 and 500 grams and Felon/Possession Use Firearm/Weapon and a misdemeanor charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Charges dismissed. Burns was indicted by the Feds in January of this year. Codefendants Robert D. Rees, 47 of Creal Springs previously pled guilty to Manufacturing/Delivery Cannabis between 30 and 500 grams. He received 24 months probation, 25 days in jail with credit for time served, drug treatment and fines. Codefendant Shannon E. Dorris, 40 of Pittsburg, has charges of Manufacturing/Delivery of Cannabis between 30 and 500 grams, Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams and Obstructing Identification. Pretrial next week.
Tatananesha N. Wynn, 35 of Chicago, entered no plea to ID Theft/Obtain Info, Unlawful Possession Credit/Debit Card, Knowingly Possession Fraudulent Driver’s License Permit, Possessing/Display Fraudulent Driver’s License Permit. Dismissed Nolle Prosequi.
Benjamin A. Burns, 35 of Pittsburg, Meth Delivery between 15 and 100 grams and Possession of Methamphetamine between 15 and 100 grams. Case dismissed, see above.
Tyler K. Romines-Baltzell, 25 of Herrin, pled not guilty to a Class A misdemeanor of Retail Theft/Disposal of Merchandise under $300. Case dismissed. She also pled not guilty to one count of Possession of Meth Manufacturing Material; that case was also dismissed, along with three misdemeanor counts of Obstructing Identification, which were also dismissed. Coconspirator Christian Baltzell, 24 of Murphysboro, was charged with Retail Theft/Disposal of Merchandise; pretrial set for December.

Danny W. Bethe, 52 of Marion, is charged with one count.
Cordaro Thomas, 27 of Carbondale, one count.
Maegan M. Sims, 33 of Marion, is charged with one count.
Dusty L. Lawrence, 25 of Martinsville, Illinois, is charged with one count.
Terrance L. Olridge, 46 of West Frankfort, is charged with two counts.
Garrett S. Lynchard, 45 of Columbia, Missouri, is charged with one count.
Cory Alan Emery, 26 of Herrin, is charged with one count
DUI Dispositions
Phillip L. Lewis, 56 of Marion, pled guilty last year to one count; a second count was dismissed. Terminate; satisfied.
Dewey D. Weeks Jr., previously pled guilty to one count. Terminate; satisfied
Rane D. Crosley, 28 of Carterville, pled not guilty to two counts in June and received 12 months court supervision. One was dismissed. Recently modified and received 67 hours public service.
Destiny L. Ogden, 38 of Herrin, pled not guilty to one count. She received 12 months court supervision plus fines.
Gerald L. Bartlett II, 47 of Mt. Vernon, pled guilty to one count and received 12 months court supervision and fines.
Ronald D. Vance, 50 of Verdunville, West Virginia, pled not guilty to one count and guilty to count 2. Count one was dropped and he received 12 months supervision and fines.
Timothy J. Reed, 66, pled guilty to one of two counts. He received 12 months supervision and fines. The plea was for count one; count two was dismissed.
