We don't care who we offend...it's not like we have a Fecesbook where every little whiny petulant inbred puke jumps on thinking their opinion is the only one that matters. We're here to inform you, albeit in an entertaining way. And most of the time that means being blunt.
So here's the deal.
America is obese. In this mainstream article, you can read that almost 75 percent of all American men, 60 percent of all American women and 30 percent of all American children are overweight to varying degrees. That, folks, is an epidemic. Obesity itself is a condition, not a disease. Like cancer, the condition leads to disease, and you're probably aware of what being fat can lead to: Busted joints, back pain, digestive issues, diabetes, heart disease, stroke.
And we're doing it to ourselves.
Well, some of you are. Some of us who are no longer fat because we've figured out what causes it aren't laboring under 50 or more extra pounds of blubber. We USED TO, however. It's not a good thing to be five-foot-six and weigh in the neighborhood of 200 pounds, THAT is FAT. And that is what we were, ten years ago...until we went to a nutritionist and figured out what was causing it - junk in our food.
Note I didn't say junk food. That's a given, that junk food will make you fat. If you start your day with Twinkies and Farm Fresh chocolate milk, have a lunch consisting of a bag of chips and some Oreos, and for dinner you just grub around and eat whatever you have available (cake and soda), folks, that's junk food.
Conversely, what I'm talking about is junk IN our food. Additives with chemical names that are unpronounceable; chemicals and compounds like chlorine and fluoride; cancer-causing glyphosate saturating everything grown in a field (because it's genetically modified to withstand the weedkiller, dontchano). We don't need to be consuming these. We need to be consuming something grown in a garden without any drop of chemical on it, without fancy additives and preservatives. Like we've said over and over: If the package you pick up at the grocery has more than one ingredient listed on it, you're doing it wrong.
So we've found a website that tells you what you're doing wrong, so you can right it.

You're fat because...
~ You're eating canola in pretty much EVERYTHING pre-prepared. Canola isn't a thing that oil can be derived from; there is no grain, seed, fruit, etc, called "canola." Canola is a made up name from combining Canada, the place where it was developed, and oil (-ola). It's made from rapeseed, a seed as bad as it sounds: It's indigestible in humans. Birds who eat the seeds from the flower die; they can't digest it either. You shouldn't eat ANYTHING with canola in it. It's killing you slowly.
~ You're eating too much sugar. Cmon, folks. It's 2018. This one shouldn't have escaped you. Sugar in a raw form (cane sugar, as an example) isn't that bad in moderation. However, it's the "refined" white granulated sugar that's bad...because that "refined" means it's bleached. Yes, with chlorine. And chlorine kills your pancreas; and if your pancreas malfunctions, pretty much everything else goes quickly. Quit eating sugar. And stop feeding your kids prepackaged, garbage cereal for breakfast (and lunch and dinner, as many allow their kids to do).
~ "Diet" drinks are nothing but poison. Did you know that aspartame (from which saccharine is derived) was outlawed in the late 70s? Remember TaB, Coca-Cola's diet drink in the 60s and 70s? It was pulled from the market initially because no one could prove that the sweetener (saccharine) was safe. And why should it be? Aspartame, sucralose, saccharine, all those "non-sugar" sweeteners are all made from E. coli poop. Literally. When the bacterium defecates, that substance is cultured and later becomes aspartame in all its forms. "Diet" drinks are toxic. Nearly every "energy" drink contains aspartame or a derivative. Many breakfast cereals have plenty of sucralose/aspartame (Cinnamon Toast Crunch comes to mind; I had a hard time giving that up, which is why I remember it.) Why are you poisoning your kids?
~ Your fave fast food joints are poisoning you. Conversely, they are also probably killing their employees, which isn't a good argument for $15 an hour...but at least robots and kiosks won't die from exposure to perfluorinated chemicals in the wrappers that they wrap up those hot sandwiches in for you.
~ Even your salt is poisoning you. We stopped eating table salt (NaCl) well over a decade ago and started eating RealSalt sea salt from Redmon's. Table salt is chlorinated - just like white granulated sugar is. Anything that's chlorinated is HORRIBLE for you (your municipal water is chlorinated. One 20-minute shower is the equivalent of drinking a liter of it. Just so you know what kind of filters to get...and we suggest getting them). Anytime you hear "refined," as in sugar, salt, flour, think "pancreas," and think about what Steve Jobs and/or Patrick Swayze looked like in their last days. Then don't consume anything that touts that it's "refined." That's a nice word for "poisoned." Use Redmon's...and you'll find that you use a LOT less, which makes up for the increased cost.
~ Preservatives and chemicals are poisoning you and are making you fat. Folks, farmers and their subsidy pushers (aka the U.S. government) are killing you. They genetically modify seeds of perfectly useful grains, like wheat, so that they're 'resistant' to the cancer-causing agent, glyphosate (found in Round-Up), which they excuse the use of because it "controls weeds." That glyphosate gets into your food if you eat anything containing wheat, corn and soy. Here's a bit of exercise for you: Run to your pantry or cabinet and find something that DOES NOT contain wheat, corn or soy. I'll wait.

What'd you find that doesn't have wheat, corn or soy? Canned veggies, maybe...? Okay...but they're canned in municipal water, meaning they're filled with fluoride and chlorine, so they're not safe, either. But let's think about the three grains again. Glyphosate knows no bounds. It'll kill "weeds" anywhere. "Weeds" are plant growth; flora. You know what else is 'flora'? Stuff in your gut. Gut flora is the reason you're able to digest food and absorb nutrients. If you don't have gut flora, you're malnourished. Read this part carefully: GLYPHOSATE KILLS GUT FLORA. Of COURSE it does. It's a weed killer. And if you have no gut flora, you're going to have digestive problems, which can get so bad that they'll ultimately kill you. So STOP EATING WHEAT, CORN AND SOY...and stop with the preservatives.
Now that you've had something of an education, please, help yourself and your family and start eating smart. Stop going to fast food places; stop buying junk and food filled with junk. Start a garden. purchase organic from farms that butcher their own meat, put filters on your water. We love you and we want you to be a reader for a long time. Only you can feed you...so feed YOU the best you can.
