Jarad T. Cummings, 32 of Johnston City, is charged with one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams.
Stephon L. Mincey, 27 of Hurst, is charged with one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams.
Deborah A. Webster,47 of Pocahontas, Illinois, is charged with one count of Theft/Control over $10,000.
Shane E. Craft, 34 of West Frankfort, is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams.
Nicole R. Gower, 31 of Benton, and codefendant Samuel J. Garten, 37 of Herrin, have both been charged with one count Residential Burglary and Theft/Control under $500 with priors.
Teresa A. Guetersloh, 58 of Carterville, is charged with one count Possession of a Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D)
Brittany S. Hale, 31 of Carterville, is charged with one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams.
Jessi Causey (age unavailable) of Dongola is charged with two counts of Theft/Unauthorized Control between $500 and $10,000.
Tristan Mich, 23 of Perryville, Missouri, is charged with one count Criminal Damage to Government Property Under $500.
Radley S. Long, 29 of Colp, is charged with one count Theft/Stolen over $500.
Criminal Dispositions
Billy W. Ogden, 58 of Metropolis, plead not guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D); it was dismissed Nolle Prosequi.
Samantha Borders, 28 of Herrin, plead guilty to Retail Theft and received 18 months Conditional Discharge, 10 days in jail with credit for time served and fines. Codefendant Shemeka R. Powell, 35 of Herrin, is set for pretrial in October.
Bailey C. Scott, 28 of Herrin, pled not guilty to Retail Theft over $500; case dismissed on State’s Motion. He pled guilty to Retail Theft/Switch Price Tag under $300. He received 24 months probation and fines.
Paige R. Mezo, 28 of Harrisburg, plead not guilty to Use Forged Debit/Credit Card under $300; it was dismissed Nolle Prosequi.
Cheryl L. Thomas, 39 of Herrin, entered No Plea to 4 counts of Meth Delivery was dismissed Nolle Prosequi by Court Action. She also entered No Plea on an additional charge of Sex Offender Registry False Info which was also dismissed Nolle Prosequi by Court Action.
John G. Pickel, 30 of Cobden, plead guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D). He received 24 months probation, fines and 30 hours community service.
Dustin J. Knight, 28 of Marion, plead not guilty to Aggravated Domestic Battery/Strangle; case dismissed on State’s Motion. He entered no plea to Domestic Battery/Bodily Harm; case reset for November.
Jason J. Seaton, 38 of Carbondale, plead not guilty to Aggravated Domestic Battery. Charges amended/reduced to Aggravated Domestic Battery/Bodily Harm. He pled guilty and received 18 months conditional discharge and 4 days in jail with credit for time served.
Brant Tyler Hill, 22 of Marion, plead not guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)/D). Case dismissed on State’s Motion.
Jason L. Reynolds, 37 of Carterville, pled not guilty to Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault/Bodily Harm. Charges amended/reduced to Criminal Sexual Abuse With Force and Domestic Battery/Physical Contact. Pretrial set for November

Devin L. Lewis, 22 of Herrin, is charged with 2 counts
Nicholas J. Tutkus, 57 of Herrin, is charged with 2 counts
Russell E. Spinks, 50 of Herrin, is charged with 2 counts
DUI Dispositions
Quentin A. Webb, 37 of Marion, pled not guilty to 2 counts. Charge amended to Reckless Driving; he plead guilty and received 12 months conditional discharge and fines.
Scott A. Vanduker, 30 of Marion, pled not guilty to one count. Case dismissed on State’s Motion.
Harold D. Houser, 64 of Cambria, pled not guilty to one count. Case dismissed on State’s Motion.
Brenda L. Wilson, 46 of Herrin, pled guilty last year to one count. She received 12 months court supervision, alcohol treatment, special facility attended and fines. Case terminated unsatisfied. A second charged was dismissed. She is scheduled for a pay or appear in November.
John G. Pickel, 20 of Cobden, pled guilty to one count. He received 12 months court supervision and fines. A second charge was dismissed.
