FELONY FRIDAY and a passel of misdemeanor DUIs

WILLIAMSON CO., Ill. - This past week, there were a lot of non-felonies filed - DUIs, which, unless they're Aggravated, are charged only as misdemeanors, but we add them in to Felony Friday, and so here they are: Felonies, dispositions and DUIs out of Williamson County for the first week of September 2018, in Felony Friday!

Felonies filed

Holly R. Bloodworth, 40 of Herrin, is charged with One Count of Burglary

Thomas K. Duffey, 56 of Champaign, is charged with One Count of Threatening a Public Official and Disorderly Conduct

Tyler K. Romines, 25 of Herrin, has been charged with One Count Possession of Methamphetamine less 5 grams

Virgil E. Spell, 52 of Creal Springs, is charged with One Count of  Abuse/Neglect of a Physically Disabled Person as a Caregiver

Joshua D. Adams, 28 of West Frankfort, is charged with Aggravated Domestic Battery/Strangle

Elijah M. Barber, 21 of Marion, is charged with One Count Aggravated Domestic Battery/Strangle

Misty D. Harper, 37 of Johnston City, and codefendants Jaunna L. Delauder, 33 of Rosiclare, and Jonathan D. Chitwood, 39 of Johnston City, have been charged with One Count of Residential Burglary

Danielle N. Wilkie, 32 of Herrin, is charged with One Count Possession of Methamphetamine between 5 and 15 grams

Terrell J. Bladsacker, 47 of Herrin, has been charged with One Count of Criminal Damage to Government Property less than $500 and One Count of Unlawful Interference/Public Utility

Crystal N. Guetta, 34 of Harrisburg, is charged with One Count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams

Terrie Jo Dix, 36 of Mt. Vernon, is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams and Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D)

Morgan E. Hunt, 21 of Yakima, Washington, is charged with One Count of Aggravated Battery of a Peace Officer and One Count Criminal Damage to Government Property and Resisting a Peace Officer. Codefendants William A. McDaniel, 31 of La Porte, Indiana, is charged with 2 Counts Disorderly Conduct; codefendant Justin Gregory Hebb, 27 of Aurora, Indiana, Criminal Damage to Government Property less than $500 and Resisting a Peace Officer

Felony dispositions

Travis L. Elder, 25 of Carterville, plead Not Guilty to Aggravated Domestic Battery/Strangle. Those charges were reduced to Domestic Battery/Physical Contact; he was found Guilty and sentenced to 24 months probation, 21 days in jail with credit for time served and alcohol treatment in force

Anthony P. Oliver, 58 of Marion, plead Not Guilty to Possession of Amount Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D); case dismissed on State's Motion. (Many times you see these charges are a simple case of not having prescription medication in original containers and when prescriptions are produced, charges may be dismissed. Not saying this is the case in this particular incident.)

Lavelle Timmons, 41 of Colp, plead Not Guilty to Aggravated Battery/Physical Harm; Nolle Prosequi

Austin P. Gonzales, 22 of Johnston City, One Count

Bret W. Holmes, 37 of Creal Springs, One Count

Jason M. Damron, 36 of Creal Springs, 2 Counts

Justin R. Veach, 34 of Marion, 2 Counts

DUI Dispositions

Todd B. Acord, 52 of Thompsonville, plead Not Guilty to One Count. Case dismissed
