SALINE CO. – A former family member of Harrisburg attorney and former mayor/former city CPA Robert Wilson has made it to the civil court docket again in Saline County.
Grady Gaskins, former son-in-law to Wilson who got dumped by Wilson’s daughter Taylor two years ago after the collapse of the little empire Gaskins’ former employer, Lil Bill Bonan (when he was in charge locally of the merger between his dad’s bank, Peoples National Bank, and Grand Rivers Community Bank) experienced when allegations of bad loans came to the fore, has been sued by Discover Bank for a credit card bill they say he didn’t pay.
Court documents show that Discover is alleging the card account, opened in June 2013 (right around the time Gaskins married Wilson), was showing, as of December 2017, an amount due and owing of $8,403.65.
Court documents don’t show when payments stopped being made; however, it appears that the account has been overlimit, and with late fees assessing, for quite some time if the statement submitted as evidence is any indication.
The case was opened July 6, and is set for a hearing on August 13.
It was not immediately apparent whether Gaskins had an attorney. It is safe to say, however, that ChickenBob nor anyone associated with his firm would be providing representation.
