WILLIAMSON CO., Ill. - Williamson County Sheriff Bennie Vick is asking the public for help in locating a wanted subject.

Lester Aaron Taylor, 35 years old from Herrin, has two active felony arrest warrants for Burglary.

Deputies attempted to take Taylor into custody last night at a residence in the Blairsville area, but Taylor was able to flee and was not located. Additional charges, including Resisting a Peace Officer and Manufacture of Methamphetamine are expected.

Taylor is described as a white male, about 5’10” tall and about 145 lbs with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is believed to be in the Herrin or Blairsville-Hurst-Bush areas of the county.

Sheriff Vick asks that anyone who knows the location of Lester Aaron Taylor contact the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office at 618-997-6541 or their local law-enforcement agency.
