Felony Friday is finally here!

WILLIAMSON CO., Ill. - There's no shortage of material when it comes to both felonious activity as well as alleged felonious activity...and adding in a bit of misdemeanor DUI, you have FELONY FRIDAY. So let's get started.

Felonies filed

Jackie G. Miller, 51 of Marion, has been charged with one count of Driving on Revoked/Suspended DUI/SSS between 10 and 14.

Jada L. McLorn, 20 of Marion, is charged with Aggravated Battery of a Peace Officer and Resisting Arrest. Arresting agency Marion PD.

Christina N. Shadowens, 27 of Johnston City, has been charged with Aggravated Battery/Great Bodily Harm. Arresting agency Marion PD.

James E. Ince Jr., 35 of Ionia, Michigan, is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams and Possession of Cannabis between 100 and 500 grams. Arresting agency Herrin Police.

Autumn L. Walker, 31 of Carterville, is charged with Possession of an Amount Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D) and Domestic Battery With Bodily Harm. Arresting agency Carterville police.

Dakota B. Williams, 25 of Vienna, has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams. Arresting agency State Conservation.

Billy J. Jeralds, 26 of Carterville, has been charged with Forgery/Issue/Deliver Document. Arresting agency Marion Police.

Haley M. Anderson, 25 of Marion, is charged with two counts Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D). Arresting agency Marion Police.

Kristin L. Dunivan, 37 of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, is charged with Obtaining Substance by Fraud/1st offense. Arresting agency Marion Police.

Billy C. Gressett, 37 of Marion, is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams. Arresting agency Marion Police.

Justin AN Prewitt, 22 of Tamms, is charged with Possession of Cannabis over 30 grams. After being weighed exact amount was 320.25 grams. Prewitt also had 80 vials of cannabis oil and $980 in cash. He is free on a $5,000 recog bond. Arresting agency Illinois State Police.

Felony Dispositions

Carl R. Groves, 30 of Marion, pled guilty to one count of Giving False Bomb/Gas Alarm and One Count False Personation/Firefighter. He received 30 months probation and credit for one day served in jail. Two other charges of False Bomb/Gas Alarm and one charge False Personation were dismissed. His total fine was $8,410.

Joshua D. Criner, 24 of Herrin, pled guilty to one count of Possession of an Amount Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D). He received 24 months probation, 30 hours community service and 26 days in jail with credit for time served. His probation was revoked and he was re-sentenced to 24 months probation and 10 days in jail with credit for time served. Total fines were $2,937.01. Terminate/Unsatisfied

Lenard L. Duncan, 36 of Marion, pled not guilty to Manufacture/Delivery of 1 to 15 grams Cocaine/Analog. Charges dismissed on state’s motion.

Andrew Webb Bradley, 37 of Marion, pled guilty to Produce 5 -20 Cannabis plants. Charges amended reduced to misdemeanor less than 5 plants. He received 6 months probation and $1,605 fine.

Chester A. Hale, 46 of Marion, pled not guilty to a Class X felony Aggravated Arson/Knowing People Present, dismissed Nolle Prosequi.

Charles Gant, (no age available) of Carterville, entered No Plea to Bad Check/Control Prop more than 150 dollars. Dismiss on State’s motion.

DUIs

John A. Coleman, 31 of Johnston City, one count DUI. Arresting agency Illinois State Police.

Jessica R. Alongi, 23 of Herrin, one count DUI. Arresting agency Herrin Police.

Larry W. Carter, 43 of Thompsonville, two counts of DUI, Arresting agency County traffic.

Brent A. Tite, 29 of Marion, one count DUI. Arresting agency Marion Police.

David M. Rowe, 36 of Johnston City, one count DUI-Drugs. Arresting agency Johnston City police.

Cassandra L. Seagle, 39 of Carbondale, one count DUI Alcohol/Intoxicating Compound/Drug. Arresting agency County traffic.

Lisa M. Potter, 60 of Ziegler, one count DUI. Arresting agency Marion Police.

DUI Dispositions

Austin W. Smith, 25, of Herrin, plead guilty to two counts and received 12 months conditional discharge on one count the second was dismissed state/motion.
